Refund Policy

Security deposit

A $100 security deposit is required to secure your party date at booking. This deposit is refundable after your event following facility inspection, provided there are no damages, excessive cleaning needs, overtime charges, or policy violations.

If documented damages or fees apply, all or part of the security deposit may be withheld or applied toward those charges, with any remaining balance refunded when applicable.

Party balance

The remaining party balance is charged to your card on file the day before your event, unless your booking is cancelled before that charge date.

Refunds for the party balance depend on cancellation timing and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations & rescheduling

  • Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
  • Security deposit refunds for cancelled events depend on timing and circumstances.
  • We're happy to help you reschedule when we have availability.
  • No-shows and last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for refunds.
